• Erkennen von Produkt- und Technologietrends
• Entwicklung von kundenspezifischen Sonderleitungen und neuen Standardprodukten
• Unterstützung des Vertriebs bei der Akquise neuer Kunden und Projekte
• Produkt-Datenblätter erstellen, prüfen und freigeben
• Kaufmännische und technische Kundenbetreuung
• Schnittstelle zwischen Kundenanforderung und Produktfertigung
• Integration in die Qualitätssicherung/Produktüberwachung
